Welcome to the Osprey, a newly constructed loft in Waterway Place, a low density, high end building located in the heart of Gulf Shores new nightlife neighborhood bordering the Intercoastal--the Waterway District. The loft is outfitted with lovely amenities including a full kitchen with quartz countertops and high end appliances. The kitchen has all pots, pans, utensils. The separate bedroom features a king bed and the adjacent bathroom is equipped a lovely walk in shower and all linens and toiletries. A huge outdoor balcony overlooks the District and includes a 50 inch TV. All 3 televisions include premium streaming services and a Roku interface. Pets are “not” permitted in the Heron or Osprey Loft but are allowed in the Sandpiper or Pelican loft with a pet fee. (See details).


We are two miles from Gulf Shores beach. But just a short walk to the newest and most exciting restaurants in the area including (just downstairs) The Galway Irish Publick House, down the block you will find Big Beach Brewing, Acme Oyster House and more

Pros- Close to beach, showerhead, washer & dryerCons- bed is stained, super cheap, lumpy and slopes any side you put pressure on. Its horrendous and so incredibly cheap they would use a bed like this in a rental. The linens and towels were old, scratchy, and stained. They dont give you enough. The couch is old, dirty, seen better days. No trashbags , toilet paper. The place is dirty. The linens were dirty. There was a small roach in the shower. And they fail to mention its above a bar. For over 200 a night with all the fees i expect way better quality.

Everything was wonderful, just me being a clean freak i notice the bed spread was in need of a wash.the kitchen was super clean. The neighborhood was lovely, we met a friendly cat.

Great place - close to everything!

Great option as a place to stay for 4th of July weekend. Had all the amenities and as a bonus there is the best Irish Pub located right beneath it! We will return.

Amazing room

I went down for a track meet and booked this place last minute. I’m so glad I came across this listing bc the condo was gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed longer!! I loved the apartment style and the location for us was perfect! It was a short drive to the beach and really close to Lulus and tons of other places and things to do. I highly recommend this condo, I’m sure we will be renting this again.
