Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit from the Living room and Master bedroom!! With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" 4K Smart TV in the master and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, surround sound in the Living room, plenty of dish/glass ware, toaster, blenders, regular coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a King bed in the Master, two queens in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. The condo itself was spacious and did the job for our family but by far the most dated condo we've stayed in in Gulf Shores. The living room and patio furniture left a lot to be desired, very dated and the living room would not accommodate10 guests. 2/3 bedrooms had sand in the beds so we did wash all the bedding. Also odd was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms was provided to get started. The building, pool, parking garage, and beach were great. Staff were friendly as well. Next time we come down we will probably look for a condo in Phoenix II on East Blvd, we had friends there this week as well and it was a drastic upgrade given the same weekly price.

Absolutely wonderful view! That was my favorite part about the stay. The balcony had some very comfortable chairs, and the view was unbeatable. There were some chairs that needed a little repair. But you could not beat the gorgeous fuse. We loved the amount of room in this condo and the layout. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and plenty of room. One thing that we missed having was maybe some throw blankets to use in the living room while watching movies and possibly to use on the balcony during the chilly evenings. I had stayed in the building years and years ago. I felt like there had not been many updates since then. And same with this condo, it may be could use some touchups. Some new paint, some areas that you can tell are just older and worn down that could use some improvements, but all in all it was a great stay.
Perfect spot for your morning coffee, or reading your vacation favorites! Or catching a sunrise or sunset.

Loved it! Hated being bothered about wristbands

Very nice place to stay, absolutely beautiful. IDidn’t like that you can hear everything & everyone around you, the beds were hard/uncomfortable, and god forbid you forget your wristband or even hold the elevator open for someone.

Spring Break 2025

Very nice spacious condo beachfront on 20th floor and big balcony. Elevators were pretty quick too. Nice indoor pool, hot tubs, and outdoor pool with a great slide. However there are some items in kitchen that need to be replaced. Spring Break with 4 grandsons, a good time making great memories.

Quick weekend at the beach

We loved the spacious porch with comfortable furniture. The bedroom were decorated beautifully and very comfortable. When you arrive there are grocery carts and luggage carriers to help with transporting your belongings. The kitchen was well stocked (no spices) and very easy to work in. We loved the view!

Condo Great but …

Condo was great but we were not happy with beach set up. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the week. People were able to set up in front of us with their own umbrellas and camping tents which obstructed our view of ocean. Our group come to beach every year at this time and this is the first time this has ever happened.

The place is really nice. Very spacious. Perfect location. Easily accessible. If I could make a recommendation it would be to update furniture. Outdoor furniture is in bad shape as well. Outdoor pillows were mildewed and some chairs were not in great shape. Outside of those things it was amazing.

Excellent condo for a family with older children

We loved the condo. It was a great configuration for our young adult children. Everyone had their own large bed which was ideal for teens and young adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and silverware, much more than other condos we've stayed in before. We loved the large deck and were able to see dolphin every day. The complex had easy access parking to the elevators and they were very quick, considering we were on the 20th floor. The living room could stand to have a furniture upgrade to accommodate more people, but otherwise we would recommend to others.

Peaceful Oasis

801 west beach blvd is the go to place when visiting Gulf Shores for families. Peaceful, relaxing, and a beautiful view. I believe any room ilar this location would more that satisfy any adult stay with kids. We personally like room 2002.
