Designed for comfort and relaxation, Morning View is a custom beachfront home with 9 bedrooms and 11.5 baths, sleeping up to 30 guests. An elevator, a pool heatable October through May for an extra $60/day, and multiple living areas headline this spacious retreat, with luxury finishes carried throughout. A handicap-friendly bedroom and bath make it a great fit for multi-generational gatherings.

Floor-to-ceiling sea views light up the enormous great room on the main floor, which also has a roomy living area and a 16-foot dining table seating 16-20 guests, with more seats at the kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for big meals, with abundant counter space, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 full refrigerators, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed for cooking and serving a crowd. 2 beachfront King bedrooms are also on this level. The east bedroom has a private porch and a standout bath with a double vanity, a separate bathtub and shower, and a water closet, while the west bedroom has its own private bath. A poolside half bath and a laundry room finish off the floor.

Another expansive living room with plenty of seating greets guests on the middle floor, along with a foosball table for game room fun, a wet bar with an additional coffee maker and an undercounter beverage fridge, and an adjoining hall bathroom. Views stretch from the Gulf to the south all the way to Little Lagoon to the north. 4 beachfront bedrooms are also here, 2 with Kings and 2 with a pair of Queens, and each has a private bath and access to the beachfront porches. The west King, closest to the elevator, has a handicap friendly bath. A laundry room completes the level.

A spacious, light-filled family room anchors the top floor, offering room to relax and be entertained, with a wet bar and undercounter beverage fridge on hand. 3 more beachfront bedrooms are found here: 2 King suites with built-in XL Twin daybeds and 1 bedroom with a pair of Queen beds, all with private baths. A sleeping nook with 2 built-in XL Twin daybeds and 2 XL Twin trundles sits beside a full hall bath, and another laundry room adds convenience to this floor.

Just outside, breathtaking sea views greet guests on the main floor deck and its upstairs counterpart, both made for lounging or dining al fresco. A few steps away, a private heatable pool is ready for a refreshing dip or some poolside lounging. Beneath the house, a picnic table, a large charcoal grill, and plenty of shaded seating and living space add even more options. Across the dune walkover, a wide private stretch of white sand beach is waiting for sun, sand, and sea, and an outdoor shower makes the return trip clean and easy.

Morning View sits in the quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores, just 5.2 miles from Hwy 59, offering serenity and intimacy with the best local restaurants, shops, and attractions only minutes away.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
