Recently updated, Unit 305A features a kitchen with granite countertops, Luxury Vinyl flooring, and an inviting, relaxed decor. The spacious bedroom is bathed in natural light and has a luxurious King bed. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach and has a pull out sofa bed for any additional guests. Perfect for a fun filled vacation at the beach, this condo complex includes a boat ramp and 2 piers on Little Lagoon, first come first serve boat slips, a gorgeous pool and hot tub, a covered grilling area by the water, and 2 lighted tennis courts with pickleball. It really is the ideal getaway spot for guests looking to experience all that Gulf Shores has to offer!

Great Condo! Clean and kitchen is equipped. Great communication from the host and very responsive. The private beach is not the best but the location is close to public beach and other attractions. The office staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice.
