After a day at the beach, fire up the grill for a cookout, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and conveniently store sandy gear in the carport storage nook.

OTHER DETAILS
Before you secure your spot at Stayin' Salty, here’s what you need to know::

• Rental Agreement: After booking, you will receive an email with a Point of Contact (POC) form and a short rental agreement to e-sign. This agreement is for liability purposes only.
• Security Deposit: There is a $250 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart!
• Location: E 15th Cottages, Gulf Shores
• Check-Out: 10 AM
• Max Occupancy: 12 guests
• Pets: 2 max with prior approval and payment of $200 pet fee/dog
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping on the property; Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
• Parking: Space for 4 cars including covered spots
• Cleaning: Fresh linens, towels, and starter essentials provided

To ensure our team keeps the house in pristine condition, we observe the following:
Check-in Time: 4PM
Check-out Time: 10AM

Flexible Options (Subject to Availability):
• Early Check-in (2:00 PM) | Available for a $50 fee (request 24hrs in advance)
Fully refunded if the home is not ready by 2:00 PM.
• Late Check-out (11:00 AM) | Available for a $50 fee to enjoy one last hour of vacation.
