GULF SHORES SURF & RACQUET #313A - As soon as you walk through the door you will feel right at home! The unit is cozy and very comfortable! As you enter, you are welcomed with a precious bench so that you can drop your luggage and get your vacation started! As you turn to your right you will find the master bedroom with a KING sized bed and a flat screen on the wall! The room is decorated with soothing colors and a coastal feel.

The bathroom is the next room you'll encounter. There is a tub/shower combo in this precious space! The kitchen and living room are next! The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, silverware and dishes. There is a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! There is seating at the bar for 3 and a small dining table that seats two. And, the living room has a NEW queen sized sofa sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress for the kiddos!

Once you step onto the balcony you will fall in love with the view of the Gulf of Mexico! There is seating for four on this balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee there and then a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset!

This complex is located right across the street from West Beach. It is a short 2 minute walk to get there. There is deeded beach access that is only used by the guests of this complex. There is a covered area with seating with a boardwalk that leads to the beach.

This resort style complex offers:

We chose this location to be a bit away from the busiest part of town and for the balcony with a view of the Gulf. While the condo is big, it would be hard to have 2 couples due to the layout of it. I wish there was more control over people yelling outside at night. Makes trying to relax on the balcony not as enjoyable.

Great location!

Great location. Far enough away from busy beaches but close enough to easily get to anything. Quick walk to the beach with umbrella services available. Pool area was very nice and condo was very clean! Everything was as stated online. You do walk into the bedroom from the front door but there are doors for privacy from the other areas.

The condo was a little outdated as was the complex. The pool was very nice, but the hot tub is old and needs updating. Great access to the beach and nice chair and umbrella service. Good for the budget-conscious.

Nice little place

I stayed this property with my two children. It was clean and well taken care of. It also had beach toys, games and chairs. The owner had thought about all the small details to make our stay better. We enjoyed our stay at the surf and racquet club. For an older property, it is well maintained. Perfect for those seeking a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Quick access to the beach and nice pool area. Our individual condo was well equipped and nice. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The condo is small and so cute, perfect for two people. Location is awesome and away from the hustle and bustle of GS. The balcony offered incredible views and we had everything we needed. The entire complex was quiet, the lagoon and pool were lovely and the walk to the beach/boardwalk was super easy. Beach chairs were available in the closet, a huge plus. All communication was prompt and they were able to quickly replace the broken Keurig machine. Would absolutely come back to stay! Highly recommend.

Nice stay

Overall the condo was nice. We liked the location, was 2 minute walk to beautiful beach.Easy to cross the road as less traffic. Nice walkway to beach. Pool atmosphere was pretty, lot of lounge chairs,clean pool but water cold as not heated. Hot tub needs to be replaced,it is looking pretty old and is not very hot. Elevators were fast. Our condo was nicely decorated, clean, well stocked, couch and bed were very comfortable, but the sheets would not stay on the bed. The condo is small, as was stated, but for a longer stay as we did it became too small as not much space to put anything away. Would be fine for a shorter stay. Thought it was a little strange the door opened up to the bedroom when you first came in. Overall we were pleased.
