floor boasts a large kitchen with double ovens, seating for 6 at the counter, 8 at the
table, and 6 on the screened-in porch. The family room offers a flat screen TV and
queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the game room with air hockey, board games, and ocean
views from the porch.
Kiva Dunes offers a free shuttle to the golf course, tennis courts, gym, and restaurants:
The Grill, and the Beach Club with its full-service bar, restaurant, and poolside delivery.
Enjoy private beach access, 4 pools, and a hot tub. Nearby activities include kayaking,

The Nitty-Gritty:
You MUST be at least 25 years of age in order to reserve this home.
RVs, trailers, fifth wheels, and 4-wheelers are not allowed on-site
Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the garage and 4 on the driveway. Parking on the
street, curb, or grass is not allowed. There is also pool parking and parking at the Kiva
Dunes Beach Club. Please do not exceed the allotted number of vehicles to prevent
ticketing and towing.
