Perfect for what we needed

The one bedroom was perfect for my small family. Being able to listen to the beach every morning and night from the balcony was wonderful. Our table had a broken leg when we arrived, but I called maintenance and they had someone out immediately and it was fixed. I didn’t realize it didn’t have a washer and dryer, but I guess that’s my fault for assuming that it would. Also, I’m always surprised when places have bunkbeds but no flatware or cups for children. But overall, it was nice. Definitely don’t check out right at 10 AM. The elevators were completely jammed up and there were no carts. But the staff was sweet and we enjoyed our stay.

The property overall was fine. Our unit was not especially clean--the baseboards were filthy, the drain in the kitchen sink was rusted or coated in something, outside of appliances were not clean and it overall needed a deep clean.

Room was clean, view was great, but there were some problems

We got there at 2:30 in the morning, tried to go to sleep and the ceiling fan fell on us! Maintenance came and took the fan down but didn't fix it until the next day. Weren't offered any compensation for the fan falling. Also, only one parking pass was given, and we drove in two vehicles, so that was an inconvenience. The elevators were very very slow, most of the time it was quicker to take the stairs. The room isn't as big as it looks in the pictures. But the view, overall cleanliness of the condo and location was amazing!
