Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.

Loved this condo!! Will stay again! You can tell it's an older property but it was well maintained. Only drawback was that the upholstered chair arms and bottoms need a thorough cleaning. We didn't have a dryer for the week, repairmen came twice during our stay and fixed it the day before we left (replaced the motor).

The logistics was nice it accommodated every one that I needed to sleep . How ever the bunk room the outlets didn’t work , nor did the fan ,in the queen room outlets didn’t work the lamps didn’t work nor did the tv work , in the master bedroom the light didn’t work and the shower floor was cracked and it leaked every where . In the kitchen breakers kept popping .and the dryer didn’t work . And when we went to leave and stripped the bed there was blood stains all over the master bed room bed and blood stains all over a pillow one of my kids slept on in the bunk room as well as another pillow case dirty and the master bedroom had mold on the bed spread . And it laid wonky where one side was higher so we were in a hole . I called the first morning and left a message no one answered I called again on the 3rd morning and we spoke with a really nice gentleman. If these things were fixed it would be a great place

The location was perfect! second floor with direct views of the beach on two sides (sun up and sunset!!). The gathering room (in the picture) was comfortable for all of us to sit and play games, etc. Easy entry to the beach and the view was spectacular!

Our condo had a wrap around porch with a beach view and that was beautiful The stairs and halls were messy and unclean and it smelled bad in the elevator aside from that everything was amazing and my family had a great time the kids made memories and I will return

Was very disappointed in this place. The condo definitely needs some work. The place smelled like animals. The furniture was nasty dirty and stained. The beds were very worn and all sank in middle. The master shower was missing a lot of grout and loose tiles. Drains in bathrooms drained so slow. Dishes were not clean. Door knob on back door kept coming off when u opened it. Finally just left off. Some lights wouldn’t work or was burned out. Elevator was expired on inspection. And to top it off we found a roach in our bedroom floor.

We LOVED our stay in this unit. We had 11 and we fit comfortably. Love how close it is to the water. Love the non sterile feel, it’s more homey. It was close to EVERYTHING! Pool was great, love the smaller size of the community. It was a great price!!! We hope to return!

Love the location and the price! Everyone we talked to was super nice. The one complaint: beds were not very comfortable. We had some difficulty just figuring out the TVs, though we called the company listed in the directions card and they were helpful.

Springbreak getaway

The property was good for the price. Place looked exactly like the photos. Loved the beachfront property and the wrap around porch. Also, loved the fact that each bedroom had a door to go out to the balcony. The property was a little on the older side, but wasn't bad. There were enough beds to accommodate all 10 of us, although we didn't realize that the bunk beds could not hold the weight of an adult and can only be used for children 7 and under (we had 7 adults and 3 children), The sliding door in livingroom to the balcony was hard to open. I called the office to inform them that we couldn't open it, but was able to open it the following day. Floors were a little dirty (soles of our feet were black) after walking barefoot, but that was not a big deal. The guest bathroom door didn't lock, although I was not aware of it until the morning of check out because I was sleeping in the master bedroom that had it's own bathroom. Overall stay was good, would book again.
