Initially I was disappointed that there was no balcony. It had been closed in to become a sunroom. I have changed my opinion and love having the closed in sunroom with the papasan chairs. If it’s cool you can open the doors and enjoy the breeze but when it’s toasty outside you can still enjoy the gorgeous view. The condo was so clean and homey feeling. The beds were comfy. If I had a question my texts were answered promptly. It is literally perfect.
