Accommodating up to 16 guests (maximum 12 adults), the home includes 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath and smart TV.

The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area with room for the whole family to entertain and dine together. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything needed for easy meal prep and serving with a full refrigerator, oven and range, and dishwasher, along with generous counter space and drip and Keurig coffee makers. 2 King bedrooms, each with a private bath, are also found on this level, along with an additional full bath and a laundry room.

The top floor holds the remaining 4 bedrooms. The primary King suite includes a private balcony and a deluxe bath with a double vanity, large tub, and separate shower. 3 more bedrooms round out this floor's sleeping accommodations, one with a King bed and 2 with paired Queens, each with a private bath. An upstairs landing with a seating area and TV offers a comfortable extra space to unwind.

Outside, a porch ideal for outdoor dining overlooks a private heatable pool and expansive deck, perfect for relaxing and taking in the lagoon views. An outdoor shower makes cleanup easy, and a fire pit and charcoal grill set the stage for outdoor gatherings. The lagoon is just a step away, with boating or fishing made easy by the shared boat launch and pier right next to the house. The neighborhood also offers access to a couple of additional shared piers.

Tucked into the quiet Lagoon Pass neighborhood, the home offers a wonderful spot for fishing and wildlife watching from the neighborhood's shared piers and boat launch, with herons and pelicans often spotted on both the lagoon and Gulf sides. Access to both the beach and the Lagoon shore is located at Lagoon Pass Park, just a 5-minute walk away. The park offers a great beach experience with public parking available for $15 per day, restrooms, and outdoor showers on the north side, with the public beach just across the road.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. The house is also Pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $290 each. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
