Located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores this one-bedroom, 1.5-bath hotel suite offers you fantastic views from your Gulf-front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck.

This suite offers you a fully equipped kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a King-size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional half bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We loved being right on the beach. Cleaning lady’s came by everyday with clean towels. There were several electrical outlets that did not work and the TV in bedroom would not work. But the TV was no big deal for us. We watched the ocean.

Beautiful condo, AMAZING view!

This condo was even better in person! The condo was quiet with no noises from any other units or the hallway. It was clean and provided plenty of cooking supplies. The front desk was very helpful, and although I read receiving new towels was a pain, that was not true for ys! Everything was perfect!

We couldn’t get are room spot cleaned or towels. The front desk was rude when checking in. Then my grandson accidentally tore up my parking pass and I had to pay $50 dollar to park at hotel or I would have to park across the street. Then when I called and asked for towels they never came I had to go get them myself. It’s not family orient

Phoenix West Getaway

Very satisfied with the location and room. It was our first time at Gulf Shores and we'll most likely be back. Actually the kitchen was better stocked with dishes, pans, and appliances then what we thought based on what to bring suggestions. Parking was fine. Overall we were very pleased.

Excellent view and location. Close proximity to everything necessary. My only issue with this property was actually the balcony furniture. I enjoy sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the water, but didn’t do much of this due to the discomfort. A small issue in the great scheme of things, otherwise, well worth the price

Great place to stay, clean and cute place!

We had a really nice stay at the Phoenix All Suites West Hotel. The place was very clean, the AC worked excellent, we had everything we needed! Great communication with the agency and they were able to answer all questions we had. Only thing was the kiddie pool is very deceiving. We thought it was a hot tub and it was not. Also, no dryer in the unit but we were able to dry clothes by hanging them up. Overall we enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again. The location was great, great views of the beach, and very short walk to the water. Totally recommend this place and will be staying here again!!

Grandson's Beach Trip

My wife and I brought our 15 year old grandson and two of his friends to Gulf Shores for a vacation before school starts up again. We all had a great time! Would highly recommend this condo! Great location!

I’m not sure who’s pictures are listed but it wasn’t for the room we had. Although the kitchen had just been updated the bathrooms are in extremely poor shape and the floor tile needs to be replaced. The “bunk beds” had no blankets provided with them and the bathtub drained slowly and by the time you’ve taken a quick shower the water is up to your ankles. Looking down at the pool from our room you can see how dirty and gross it is. This is not a place I would recommend anyone to stay nor will I ever again.

The bedroom was very limited on space to store clothes and suitcases. The bathroom was so small you were bumping your elbow on the cabinet. The kitchen was sufficient as well as the living space. There was no in suite washer and dryer.

I wish i can give this place 10 stars we had a ball the place were very clean we had a family of 6 and it was very comfortable the balcony was everything and more due to the view of the beach i wish i could’ve sent pic and videos the pool was great as well we had a problem with our tv call the front desk the young lady came right away to fix the problem it’s close to everything you can walk we’ll be back i tried booking for this weekend but they’re book lol

The Property was Nice and Clean . Location was on Spot for anyone that’s wanting to just relax ! Bahama Bobs was Next Door and had great food ! While the Pizza Place across the road had delicious Pizza and Ice Cream !! Forgot something ?!? No worries the Island store was across the road as well as Liquor store ! We will definitely be rebooking !!
