This family-friendly, gated resort offers amazing amenities, including 6 sparkling outdoor pools, indoor pool, a fitness center, 7 lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball, sauna, indoor and outdoor hot tub, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, putting green, outdoor grills, and picnic areas. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 with a KING bed in the master, hallway bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper. Washer and dryer in unit as well as a laundry facility on site. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-end linens, and towels. Kiva Dunes Golf is just a short walk away!

The unit is on the 7th floor, slightly to the right of the entrance. Guests will fill out the registration online and will need to print it out and give it to the Guard shack. There is a parking fee of 35.00 per stay that is paid directly to the complex.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price.
