It is an older property that had kitchenettes in each room, but due to covid I had to bring my own dishes and cooking pans, utensils. That was not a problem. I cooked in my room 3 out of 6 days. It was very clean and well kept up. I had problems with the remote control for the TV, but their maintenance team came by and fixed it. The WiFi access was great!! I used VPN because it wasn’t secure, but the speed was great enough to watch HBO on my computer. Very happy with my 6-day stay.

Nobody was in the office like they told me they would be. Called multiple times before anyone answered my call and the lady was rude. Also the kitchen area had a puddle of water in it from a leak somewhere. My daughter slipped and fell because of it.

Bottom line first: not only will I never stay there again, I am deleting the Orbitz app for recommending this property. It is basically a transient residence, feels very unsafe, my room was unlocked and cracked open when I arrived, and it was dirty inside. Orbitz rated this property a 7.4

Not SO bad for the price, but the clientele is a little sketchy. Beware of the $100 "deposit" up front, as if you are a teenager on spring break or something...not sure when or if I will see that again. Also, bathroom was pretty shabby-fiberglass one-piece tub floor was cracked, but had been painted, so it was slick as glass.... Bed and pillows were good though and AC was COLD....
