This is a great location with 3 swimming pools, playground, pickle-ball, dog park, coin laundry. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores beaches are only a 15-minute drive.

Gulf Shores State Park for hiking, fishing, picnicking, fishing off the pier and biking, great restaurants are everywhere, put-put, arcade and an assume electric go-cart right down the street, an amusement & water park is practically across the street, shopping is close by.

The RV is a 2025 Keystone Montana with front living with 3 AC units that keep it nice and cool. Has on demand water heater so you never run out of hot water

King size bed, 2 queen sleeper sofas, 1 1/2 bath, with walk-in full body shower and full kitchen.

Property is located directly across from pool, playground and dog park and laundry facilities in the RV Resort.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
Take advantage of recreational opportunities offered, including a water park, an outdoor pool, and 3 outdoor pickleball courts.

Set all hemostats at 76 degrees and leave on Low Cool Auto. Place al yellow arm bands on dining table.
Stack all chairs and place grill under front overhang of RV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
