Poole property management was unprofessional and provided terrible customer service with the issues that we experienced. The after hours check in instructions were incomplete which resulted in unessary time spent figuring it out. The next day we woke up to no water from frozen pipes. The solution they offered was to wait until it thawed or go to the convinence store to go to the bathroom. I filled out a survey with my concerns about that and a few other minor issues along with the previous renters survey, that was never picked up, they also had the same issues. I stated that I wanted someone to contact me about those issues, I waited a week and finally had to reach out to them. After a very unproductive conversation, he called back a few days later with the solution. The solution was a one night credit, which was less than what we had payed. For the refund I had to sign a contract that said what to say and if I posted anything negative I would be sued for 10,000. If it was a different management company I would recommend the place.
