This place was need of repare. Reed management service was exilent. We had to move out do to A/C quit working and could not be replaced. So Reed management found us a nicer place on the beach at no extra cost for the rest of our stay. We couldd not be more greatfull of there service. Wiil book with Reed only not airbab. Best to use a local reel estate firm.

Best Beach Weekend

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! This townhome really made our beach weekend perfect! I couldn’t tell from the listing, but the unit is the first one in the side building, giving us the perfect view and close location for getting right out to the beach. The views from the multiple balconies were great. I already checked availability to come back, but it looks like they’re booked solid for the rest of the summer! The unit was pretty easy to keep our 18mo old safe (not too many outlets, stairs easy to block, etc). Kitchen had everything we needed, and there were some restaurants nearby too (one across the road and one a few miles away). The beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Also convenient to be very close to the ferry.

Great location

This place was awesome, it was a few feet from a very nice beach (NOT crowded on a 4th of July holiday weekend). Very clean, perfect for a family or 4 (or 6).
