50 steps from your front door sits the community pool. Unlike most Gulf Shores pools that close after Labor Day, this one is open year-round — daily from 8 AM to 10 PM, no access code required.
The Pool Pavilion features restrooms, a splash pad, shaded seating, tables, umbrellas, and plenty of lounge chairs. A great option for younger kids, or for days when you want to swim without the walk to the beach.
Please note: children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Two ways to reach the water from She Sells Seashells:
• 13th Street Public Beach Access — a short walk across the street from the community. Deeded beach access with a crosswalk for safe crossing.
• Little Lagoon Pass Park — behind the community via the boardwalk that curves alongside Little Lagoon. A peaceful nature trail perfect for fishing, walking, or exploring with your dog.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, with exception to two locked owner’s closets, one located in a closet within the main-level bathroom and the other in one of the bedrooms.
Self check-in is available via lockbox, with the access code provided on your day of arrival.

The covered deck is your go-to spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, and everything in between. Seating for four with a natural ocean breeze — once the kids are asleep, it's the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine.
Outdoor shower: rinse off the sand and saltwater right outside before heading in.

Full-size washer and dryer available for your use. Iron and ironing board provided. We include 2 laundry pods to get you started.

Covered carport parking for up to 4 vehicles underneath the home. Carport clearance height is 106" — good to know if you're arriving in a larger vehicle. No additional community or street parking available. Boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, and commercial vehicles are not permitted per HOA rules.
☆ FAMILY EXTRAS ☆
We've stocked a few helpful items for families with little ones:
• Pack 'n Play — stored in the master bedroom closet (bring your own bedding)
• Baby gate — located in the laundry closet
• Feeding booster seat — on the coffee bar shelf
☆ STARTER SUPPLIES ☆
To get you settled in, we provide: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash liners, 1 hand and face soap per bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a few coffee pods. For longer stays, plan to restock as needed. Personal care items are not provided.
We provide 1 bath towel per guest and all bedding. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
☆ BEACH GEAR ☆
A few beach chairs and a wagon are typically available to help you haul gear to the water. These items are replaced regularly due to wear — photos may not reflect exactly what's on hand. Any beach toys at the property were left by prior guests and are not guaranteed.
NO GUEST ACCESS
Guests may use all areas of the home except locked, clearly labeled owner’s closets (located in the main-level bathroom and one bedroom). These are private storage areas.
☆ MONTHLY RENTALS ☆
Monthly stays are available from November through February.
We've put a lot of love into this home and want every guest to have a wonderful stay. By completing your booking, you agree to all house rules.
HOUSE RULES
BEFORE ARRIVAL
• A signed rental agreement and $200 security deposit hold are required before your lockbox code is released. The hold is placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after checkout, provided no damages are reported.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period, including for weather or hurricane season (June 1–Nov 30). Insurance, damage protection, and processing fees are non-refundable.
CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later. Early check-in may be available for $50–$100 — not available during peak seasons or holidays. Lockbox code sent at 3:00 PM on check-in day.
• Checkout: By 10:00 AM. Late checkout: $50/half-hour.
• Key replacement: $50 fee for lost keys. Store the key in the lockbox when you head out.
• Please check for all belongings before leaving — we cannot ship forgotten items.
GUEST POLICY
• Booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay. No third-party bookings.
• Max occupancy: 10 guests total, 6 adults (all guests age 2+ must be listed). Over-occupancy fee: $500. Unregistered visitors: $150/person/night.
• Only children permitted on top bunk beds.
• No unregistered visitors — Gulf Shores fire and safety code requirement. Violations can result in fines or loss of our rental license.
• Open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.
• Photos are for reference only. Decor and games may vary. Room layouts and bed sizes remain as shown. No refunds for minor changes.
PARKING
Up to 4 cars in the carport only (height clearance: 106"). No community/street parking. Boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, and commercial vehicles are not permitted.
QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM – 9:00 AM, mandated by the City of Gulf Shores noise ordinance . $250 fine for violations, loss of security deposit, and eviction without refund.
SMOKING
No smoking of any kind inside or outside the home. Violation: $250 fine + loss of deposit + professional cleaning costs.
SECURITY & DEVICES
• 2 exterior cameras (front porch and driveway) are active during your stay and do not face private areas. Tampering fee: $200.
• Do not tamper with smoke alarms or unplug WiFi routers. $200 fee.
NO GUEST ACCESS
Locked and labeled owner’s closets (bathroom and one bedroom) are private and not for guest use. Do not open or tamper with them. Unauthorized access may result in a $500 fee.
RESORT POOL
Year-round, 8 AM–10 PM. Supervise children under 13
PETS
• Up to 2 dogs (50 lbs or less) with pre-paid $150 fee. Undisclosed pets: $200 per pet.
• Housebroken dogs only. Crate when left alone. Bring your own crate and pet towels.
• No pets on furniture or in bedrooms. Clean up all waste in outdoor bins.
PROPERTY CARE
• No candles, confetti, glitter, or hair dye. Fee: $200 + damage costs.
• Do not wash seashells in sinks — use the outdoor shower. Fee: $200 if shells damage the disposal.
• Showers: keep curtain liner fully inside the tub.
