The Beach Club Catalina 205 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo on the Second floor with a private balcony & a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Catalina tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the sparkling pool and with hot tub at the foot of the Catalina tower, three boardwalks with showers that lead to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court and may patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the clubhouse with a full bar & Gulf View or indulge in a massage at the salon & spa at the clubhouse and patron the sports bar and grill, souvenir & beach attire, ice cream & coffee bar near the entrance of the resort. You may choose to indulge and enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities, see below for details and amenities.



C205 has a large, private, furnished balcony for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf! The condo amenities include WiFi, an open floor plan, sofa sleeper, 3 HDTVs with DVD players, a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances and granite counters, a king master bedroom that adjoins the balcony and a private bathroom with a separate vanity area, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a washer/dryer.



The beds are made with fresh white linen and a linen set is supplied for the sofa. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.





Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

Some dining options and activities are only offered seasonally and our pricing is reflective of the season.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We love it here.

We have had a great vacation at the Beach Club. We love it so much here. Our room in Catalina was very nice and cozy. We have never stayed on the 2nd floor before but will from now on.. It was exactly the reset we needed.

Mother’s Day Getaway

We spent a long weekend here for Mother’s Day and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Beach Club is a perfect location. Very quiet and relaxed!

Great location, nice resort! Unbelievable view! We enjoyed our stay and like being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, which may not be for everyone, but we like it! Direct access to the beach was fantastic. Would stay here again.

AMAZING LOCATION

This property is on the amazing Gulf Shore beach - just beautiful - white sand and crystal clear water. Lots to do on the pristine propertly - pools, restaurants, activities. The location of the unit is awesome. All check in instructions were clear. The unit itself has a wonderful view and is extremely clean however, it is dated (low counters in bathrooms, old bath tub surrounds, old coffee pot). Everything is functional but it is not luxury.

Great Fall Getaway

It was easy to check in and out. The beach was beautiful and easy access to it. The condo was perfect for 4 adult women. The only issue was there was no extra trash bags, and it was a small trash can so it was full the first day we were there!

Needs an update.

The Beach Club itself is amazing. Clean pools and beautiful landscaping. The condo itself could use an update. Stains on the carpet, leaky faucets, and chipped paint. While it was overall a good stay and will come back to the Beach Club, we won’t be staying at this condo again.

Perfect view

Condo was very spacious for the 4 of us. Loved the 2nd floor location. Property was very well maintained. We did not pay for the beach club pool area but did purchase drinks and food from the bar. Very convenient 👌 location was good and the best part was the views from the 2nd floor balcony. We had several full moon nights that lit up the ocean and waves! Only downside was the restrooms by the catalina pool was closed so had to go up to room but luckily your only on the 2nd floor. Very great trip and would recommend.

VERY basic condo - needs improvement.

The condo is a very basic set up. Definitely could use updating; the cabinets have peeling paint, the bathtubs are stained and the furniture is very basic/limited as far as seating goes. The beds also need updating as they are uncomfortable; the sofa bed is terrible and even hard for a 10 year old to get a good sleep on. The condo is right next to the elevator and is extremely noisy and bright in the guest room due to lack of curtains/shades. It was fine for what we needed for a short weekend but if we were staying longer, I would've preferred a better overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay but maintenance of unit could and should be improved.

Hi Pam, I sent you a text regarding our stay. We enjoyed being at the Beach Club but I think there could be improvement in regard to maintenance. I sent two texts requesting maintenance services and to my knowledge no one ever showed up. When we headed home you received and itemize list on the text and I also left one on the counter. Our main issue was a running toilet in the master bathroom. It would sing and chip like a bird and keep us awake at night. I tried to clean it but finally resorted to shutting off the toilet water valve at night. The construction drilling noise was more than expected. I also listed a number of minor issues. Ron

The resort was absolutely beautiful! So many different things to do. Would not recommend to disabled or handicap individuals. A lot of walking wherever you go. 4th of July show and concert was amazing!

Great time

First time to rent in a condominium complex. Stay met all our expectations. Felt very safe in allowing our 14 yo girls to go and come from condo and beach. Only issue we had (which was a trip crusher) is the master bath commode clogged up everyday. Did report to housekeeping when we left.

Beach was awesome! Condo, not so much!

The condo did not live up to its description. Extremely outdated and in need of alot of maintenance. Did not accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Quite disappointing!
