Beach Club Avalon 1507 has it all! From the 15th floor, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sandy white beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony! Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Avalon pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. Use the beach cart to get all your things to and from the beach!



This condo is great for couples! The king master bedroom privately adjoins a double sink vanity with a walk-in closet and a large walk-in shower. The queen guest room privately adjoins a full bath. The powder room is convenient for all. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area. Bed, sofa sleeper, bath and kitchen linens are provided.



Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: coffee, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes. Bring your bicycles or pack a basket ball, there is a basketball goal on the West end of the property. Also, you may rent beach loungers, pay for parasailing and other activities on the beach at the club desk. Loungers with umbrella rental prices vary based on the number of setups and days rented. However, inexpensive beach chairs and items can be purchased locally, but are not supplied by the owner.





Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

Great condo right on the beach.

This condo is really nice and very comfortable for a family of 4. The kitchen, living room, and master bathroom are highlights. Lots to do in the area less than a 30 minute drive away. We will be back.

Very relaxing on the beach and lanai. Great food, great scenery, and a large outlet mall! As an added enjoyment, my wife spent almost 4 hours at the day spa!

Really enjoyed this place. Can't beat the view. It's a bit of a drive from town, but that's okay if you want to get away. Nice rooms, has everything you need. Very helpful manager, quick to respond. Would stay again.

Very nice unit. Comfortable beds and furniture. We loved the pantry closet in kitchen for food and extra storage. Master bedrooms full size dresser and walk-in closet were a plus. We enjoyed our stay as always.

Great stay

Great stay. Our family of 5 fit comfortably in thos condo. Short walk to pool and beach, never felt the need to pay the extra for the indoor resort pool. Had a question for housekeeping and they responded almost immediately. The view from the balcony was great! Definitely would recommend staying here again in the future. We were there 4th of July week which it was very busy but after Wednesday morning it cleared out alot and more spacious.
