Welcome to A License to Chill! A spacious 9 bedroom/7 bathroom, direct beachfront duplex that is equipped to comfortably sleep 29 guests. The property can be rented as a "whole" or as 2 single sides, A License to Chill A or A License to Chill B for smaller groups. This direct beachfront property boasts beautiful gulf views and is the perfect place for a multi-family vacation or a group getaway. Bring your furry friends along as this home is pet-friendly for up to 2 pets for an additional fee(s).

About  A License To Chill

You’re right on the beach at  A License To Chill with a private beachside pool that can be heated during the cooler months (additional fees apply). Imagine the kids can roll out of bed and be out on the beach in just a few minutes, and the adults in your group can enjoy that first cup of coffee out on the deck, where you can keep an eye on the kids and the dolphins!! Your large group will love the double living areas, kitchens, and laundry in this large vacation home.

A  License To Chill A (East side of the duplex)

Once you take a step inside the east side of the duplex, A License To Chill A, you will appreciate the wide-open floor plan to enjoy spending time with your family and friends. The 1st floor living area provides comfortable seating and fantastic views. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, featuring beautiful countertops, a stylish backsplash, quality cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Guests will love the second living area with a sleeper sofa and a large-mounted TV. Bedroom #2 is found on the 1st floor and sleeps 6 in two queen beds plus two twin built-in bunks. There is one shared full bathroom on the 1st floor.

Moving up to the 2nd floor, guests will find two bedrooms, including the master. The master has a king bed, a TV, Gulf views, a private balcony, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV, and shares the hall bathroom with the bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

There are two more bedrooms on the 3rd floor with TVs, and they share the 2nd-floor bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, Gulf views, and balcony access. Bedroom #5 has two twin beds and a TV.

 A License To Chill B (West side of the duplex)

Inside A License To Chill B on the 1st floor, you will find an open-concept living that is bright and full of updates. The living area provides comfortable seating with a mounted TV and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining table seats 8 and is next to the fully equipped kitchen. A full bathroom as well as bedroom #2 are also found on the 1st floor. Bedroom #2 will sleep two in a queen bed, a TV, and an entrance into the full bathroom.

Moving upstairs to the 2nd floor are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Bedroom #3 features a king bed, a TV, a private balcony, Gulf views, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom.

On the 3rd floor is the large master bedroom. This room sleeps four with a king bed and a bunk bed. There are Gulf views and a private balcony, as well as a TV and a private full bathroom.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
