Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is a center 10th floor condo and located near the Gulf State Park and fishing/walking pier. The balcony is one of few in this building that is oversized and has new, comfortable patio furniture. Watch the dolphins in the mornings and beautiful sunsets in the evening.

This condo is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. It is decorated with a beach theme. There is a king-size master bedroom with private bath, and a queen sized bed with private bath. The sleeper sofa is in the living room. The kitchen is also fully equipped and washer/dryer is in the utility room.

The property also has heated indoor/outdoor pool with whirlpool hot tub and deck. There is a Fitness Room on the second floor. Lovely property, pictures were actually what you see. The Royal Palms did not disappoint. Pool and beach were great! Enjoyed having all the seating in the tv area, for 4 people it was really nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Gulf Shores vacation

The property was as listed on VRBO. We had stayed there last year and liked the location and easy access to the beach so decided to see more attractions in that area this year. First time to Gulf Shores

Great condo with beautiful views, comfy bed, perfect location. Kitchen well stocked. In unit washer/dryer is a game changer. The only bummer was the pool, being located on the east side of the building, had no sunshine past 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon. But the beach is fabulous!
