Parking in the past was behind gates. This time apparently staff had all parking and none was available. Rooms are Baja normal. Relatively clean and maintained. The rooms look to have been updated.

We were assigned to room 105, After entering and settling in, we immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant smell of urine emanating from the bathroom. We checked with the reception desk and requested a different room. Unfortunately, the receptionist informed us that all rooms were fully booked and sent a staff member to clean the bathroom. Despite their efforts, the odor worsened because they used a very strong bleach (Clorox), which released an overpowering chemical scent and made it extremely difficult to sleep that night. It was a very disappointing experience.

Sweet older hotel with an accommodative staff. Spacious rooms. Food in restaurant excellent. They have a full bar too! Beautiful courtyard with a nice patch of grass in the center and hats helpful if you travel with dogs.

Very basic but for an overnight stay on your travel down or up the Baja it’s fine. Great shower water pressure, room was spacious, bed comfortable and good restaurant and bar on site. Very close to gas station and military base.

When driving the Baja, it meets your needs. The staff is very friendly. The internet can be a spotty and the rooms are a little outdated, but it is the perfect place to stay for the night in the middle of the baja.

Good, quiet, and reasonably priced place to stay while driving the Baja. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. But what impressed us most was how Armando (the manager) helped when we were in a bind. We accidentally left a tablet behind in our room after checking out. We contacted the hotel, hoping someone honest had turned it in. They confirmed they had it, and Armando offered to send it to us by bus—trusting that we’d be true to our word and reimburse him afterward. A few days later, we had the tablet back in our possession, safe and sound. THANK YOU, Armando, for going out of your way to help us. It was so very, very appreciated. Not everyone would have done what you did.
