Quick trip to Guerande

Modern hotel close to the centre of the old town. Convenient for visiting the region. Good sized rooms and excellent air conditioning. Would stay here again.

Réservation effectuée par erreur sur une mauvaise date. J'ai contacté l'hôtel immédiatement après le paiement. L'hôtel m'a indiqué devoir passer par Hotels.com, tandis que Hotels.com m'a indiqué que l'accord de l'hôtel était nécessaire. Au final, malgré une erreur signalée dans les minutes suivant la réservation, aucune solution n'a été trouvée et aucun geste commercial n'a été accordé. Décevant.
