The room with a view was absolutely gorgeous, we almost didn’t want to leave the room! The property was so well kept - clean, decorated beautifully, and so peaceful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful getting us set up in our room, with transportation and food, and to enjoy amenities seamlessly. We will most definitely be back without a doubt the best hotel experience I have ever had!

The hotel is just perfect. The location is only a 10 minute mototaxi ride to “el pueblo” and about a 20 minute ride to “la piedra”. The staff is amazing, super welcoming and attentive to all our needs. We celebrated a birthday and they even had a decoration package. The rooms were clean as were the common areas. Highly recommend, will visit again.

Hotel El Nido was wonderful. We had a very comfortable cabin. The jacuzzi was great, the shower was excellent, the restaurant served good food, and the service was very friendly. Very nearby centre of Guatape. You can walk or take tuktuk One tip: Make sure you choose your cabin carefully. If you stay in a cabin close to the bar, you’ll hear music throughout the day. In such a peaceful setting, it felt quite unnecessary, and we weren’t really sure who the music was meant for. Also, pay close attention to any extra charges. We were asked to pay for a bedsheet because it had a small stain on it. This is something we have never experienced before.

Amazing hotel, supergreat kingsize bed, friendly people and beautiful peacefull surroundings. Hard to describe as it is so incredible. Easy to find. If I should comment something it would be, you don't have a lot of privacy, because the jacuzzinis placed in sight of other cabins, and you can look in the other cabins. Besides that, just know that you have to pay for everything, also shampoo and small items. All and all supergreat stay
