El hotel está muy bonito, aunque pagué bastante como para tener el baño sucio. Solo hacen un “refresh” pero no lo limpian bien. Las camas son demasiados de muy duras y las frisas estaban manchadas. Our stay at Copa Marina Beach Resort was truly excellent. The property is absolutely beautiful—surrounded by stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere that made it perfect for a family getaway. Every detail, from the well-kept grounds to the inviting facilities, made us feel welcome and at ease. My family had a wonderful time enjoying both the resort and the beach, and we created memories we will treasure. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall charm of the experience. I would most definitely look forward to returning in the future, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Puerto Rico.

La propiedad está ubicada frente al mar. Es super cómoda y espaciosa. Lo más que resalta de la propiedad, aparte de su belleza y naturaleza, es la atención al cliente de parte de su staff. Específicamente el trato extraordinario de la bartender del area de la piscina, Barbara, el mesero del Restaurante Alexandra, Carlos y el executive chef de la propiedad, Fernando. Ellos hicieron que nuestra estadía fuese una inolvidable. El resto de los empleados igual fueron muy amables en todo momento. Volveremos a quedarnos en esta propiedad en un futuro.

I was born in Puerto Rico and moved back to the US when I was a kid come back to Puerto Rico frequently. This was absolutely my best day at this hotel. Everything about this place was magical. It was perfect for people with kids. My children enjoyed themselves. It was a safe location, quiet my children are the only people on the beach at 8 AM. It was just so nice. We definitely will be coming here more often.
