Cassandra and Carlos at the desk were very helpful, Eduardo, Rafael, Joel and Moses at the door were very helpful as well. Had many fine meals upstairs with Jorge JJ Kevin Javier a very fine group of gentlemen great people and great servers!

One advice.., Do not stay in the first floor. They put us right above the restaurant that has music pretty much all night long!!! Not soundproof at all. I asked for an extra pillow (because the ones they have suck) and I was told there isn’t any extra LOL. Out of curtesy I asked my room to be clean once, I was there 4 nights , and when cleaned I didn’t even get clean coffee spoons and or coffee condiments. My husband had a cookie in bed, when going to bed come to find out there was the same crumbs he left earlier that day. Not even a shake off the bed LOL The staff was nice but not really attentive. The actual hotel was beautiful, but for luxury stay I think they have a little bit to go on the details . Have fun!

This hotel is located in Vallarte Norte, one of the best and safest areas in Guadalajara, close to many excellent restaurants. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are espacios and comfortable and the customer service is great, the staff is very polite and welcoming!

Family trip to Guadalajara we rented two rooms staff at the front desk can be a little bit more friendlier. Valet guys we’re always very helpful with my wife and kids. Rooms are OK. TVs and electrical might need a little update. Great location lots of restaurants in the area..
