Statarfing no hot water in the morning, I had yo wait for more than 1 hour for water to get warm. Then breakfast very limited and low variety, food quality not good. Rooms a bit old and not renovated. Overall low quality compared with the price.

Upon arrival we had to wait 42 minutes for a crew of 8 people to each check in. Unforunately the receptionist was by herself, and the check-inn for each person was quite a lengthy process. The receptionist couldn't find our reservation but fortunately I had a copy of it. The room was very clean, and the small bed was comfortable. However there was NO CLOSET space, nor iron or ironing board. We requested one but it was never provided. The towels were nice and thick and the bathroom was a nice size given the small bedroom size. The blackout pull-down blinds worked really well. The view of a 4-lane avenue under construction and thus, heavy traffic was hideous. The tv remote wasn't working properly. The a/c worked SUPER WELL ! A coffee maker is provided as well as bottled water. (2).
