Rooms were big but not modern. You can't control the AC, the water doesn't get hot, and everything is just aging badly. Breakfast is not worth it as food was all overcooked.

The room I was guided to at the beginning was not cleaned, and there were a lot of cockroach carcasses lying on the floor. I waited for an hour before I was shown to the next room. I don't want to stay at this hotel again

They first gave me a occupied room which was awful since I woke up the person in the room,keep in mind we arrived at 2am don't want to know how the person felt too.Then the room the second room they gave me was dirty hair in the bathtub,No TV remote. The receptionist was ok at first but then gave us an attitude after we return to inform about the occupied room like it was our fault really bad experience!! All we wanted was to rest due to the long trip.

My experience with the hotel, it told them 3 days to come to the room to fix the TV that was nothing working, I told them everyday and it was the same thing and it was finely fix the last 2 days. Then when he check in the first night, there was quick a bit of water on the floor of the restroom

La estancia fue agradable y me gustó que hubiera opción de buffet. Sin embargo, considero que le falta mantenimiento al hotel porque las habitaciones lucen un poco desgastadas
