It is located in a great area near the Guadalajara Cathedral. The area is safe to walk around with a few homeless people, but they do not bother others. The beds were a little too firm for us, but everyone is different. The water flow was good, but the sink was a little too slow to drain the water. Overall, it was a great experience.
