Everything was amazing room service was 24 hours. Their concierge had amazing tours nighttime daytime at affordable price. There’s always security staff willing to help amazing art pieces throughout the hotel close to everything. Everything was walkable.

Three stars because I reserved a room with king bed but upon arrival I was given a room with double beds and no refund for the difference in rate, was told by the receptionist, with no apology, that it was not their mistake but one of the site I made the reservation through, that they don’t know why it occurred but I could take it up to them. I did, expedia did no corrections or refund difference on rate. Not happy about it but at least we discovered a good hotel as far as cleanliness and comfortability. Over all, I’d recommend this hotel, next time
