Within walking distance to shops and food, clean, friendly staff. The beds were super uncomfortable, very stiff which made it hard sleeping especially while pregnant. Everything else was great

I've stayed here twice now and each time has been a wonderful experience. The establishment is not only beautiful, but also incredibly relaxing. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location is super convenient, with lots of shops, restaurants, and even nearby mercados for anything you might need. I can’t wait to come back many more times!

I booked the Ejectivo Room with city view, but what I received was a view of a building’s roof. The mattress was so uncomfortable that it was difficult to rest after a long travel day. There was no cover or duvet, just a simple bedding sheet. I had to change hotels. The only positive thing I can say about the location is that it’s great.

Room had no windows. It was like living in a box. You don't know if it light out or dark out. No fridge. Gym was very hot and had only cycles, no weights, no pool. Food in restaurant was average with limited selections. Odd problem with room ceiling lights, had to flip on 2 separate switches to activate lights

Limited up having to pay and didn't even stay. It is a very nice hotel, is you? Do not care about enclosed spaces. Only has one entrance and exit a single stairwell. I do not recommend for anyone.That is even the mildest claustrophobic

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt really welcoming. My room was spotless and cozy, with everything I needed to feel at home. The location was perfect—close to all the fun spots but still nice and quiet at night.
