The hotel is located 2 blocks away from Chapultepec Avenue which has many great bars and restaurants. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be going back.

We thought the location was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The bedding was great too. Staff was excellent. Shout out to Dante. Our only complaint is we did not care for the breakfast buffet, selection was poor, service mediocre and honestly for what it is it’s expensive. We tried to do a la carte but were persuaded otherwise. So stay here you won’t be disappointed just don’t get the breakfast buffet.

My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The room and bed were comfortable, and the staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is also great, with plenty of nearby dining options. The only areas for improvement would be allowing guests more control over the room temperature, as the AC controls were locked, and enhancing the quality of the on-site food. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would consider returning.
