This was the best stay i’ve had at a hotel by far, the staff was beyond friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel is very cozy and extremely clean and the room service is amazing!!! The location is very convenient and has access to a 7/11 and an Oxxo right across the street and is really close to many popular landmarks in Guadalajara. If I were to go on vacation here again I’d definitely book this hotel over and over again.
There is a restaurant on the top floor with excellent food & service.

Great location walkable to all the Centro sights. Nice clean room. Staff could be more knowledgeable about area, dining, etc. wouldn’t mail a postcard. I’d stay here again. Good choice.

Excelente hotel! Habitaciones cómodas y confortables. Muy limpio y sin ruidos externos. El personal del lobby muy amable y nos sentimos bienvenidos siempre. Especial mención a Sr Francisco en el Bar. Oswaldo en el restaurante y Hector en la puerta hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. Recomiendo este Hotel para una estancia tranquila y centrica. Todo queda cerca.
