The AC was not need it in my stay so I didn't even use it but it's Ok,Plus you can walk to San Juan de Dios El Parian and Plaza Tapatia and leave the car inside their parking.

I stayed at this property for a total 2 days and had our reservation for 5 nights. I ended up leaving the second day. We got our phones stollen. Reception did not do anything to help. The bathroom was dirty. I do not recommend staying here. Another guy who stayed there got his suitcases stollen along with his phone.

Ok for quick stay

Room was good size, nothing fancy. Location is very high traffic, very loud at night. Staff was nice but not very responsive when making requests for extra towels or toilet paper.

Clean and ample room, nice flooring, excellent working bathroom, open spaces outside rooms, friendly staff and employees. And my room had a balcony with great view, Hotel Alcázar Is much better than hotels that cost a lot more!
