New hotel just open 2 weeks ago. Need a few things but overall very nice friendly staff. If you need to stay in downtown area of guadalajara its perfect. They need to work on morning breakfast very limited but free so it's ok.

the water coming out of the pipes smell terrible and I ask the staff and they told me that the water in the area has that issue. The towels smell pretty bad the building has been remodeled and looks good, but the issues with the water are too much,

Se escuchaba mucho ruido en las habitaciones que no dejaban descansar a partir de la 2am, por ruidos exteriores y estaría perfecto si contara con una terraza para salir, las instalaciones están muy bien se ve que es hotel nuevo pero si se siente muy encerrado dentro del hotel. Por la ubicación y lo amplia de las habitaciones si volvería hospedarme pero sería un hotel 5 estrellas si mejorarán esos detalles.

La atención del personal muy bien la vdd, el A/C sin problemas. Sólo que en el baño el botón del wc no funcionaba bien, el agua del lavamanos olía mal y no dan botellitas de agua. El estacionamiento está como a 100 mts pero todo bien.

el primer día a nuestra llegada me dieron un cuarto sin aire, solicite cambio me dieron otro igual sin aire solicite cambio y me dijeron que ya no tenían otra (comprensible), esa noche la pase terrible con el calor y ruido externo porque tuvimos que abrir ventanas, al siguiente día nos dieron otra habitación excelente después de eso todo muy bien, mas solo un detalle que nos pusieron dos botes de acondicionador en lugar de shampoo
