From this single-level apartment, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy the energy of the city while having a calm retreat to return to.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom is set up for rest and privacy, with bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage to help you unwind at the end of the day. The two bathrooms include bathroom essentials and hot water, creating a comfortable start in the morning and a relaxed wind-down at night.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides the flexibility to prepare meals at home whenever you like. With full-size appliances, cooking basics, and a dining table, you can enjoy anything from a simple breakfast to a quiet dinner indoors. A coffee maker and blender make mornings easy, while wine glasses and coffee invite you to linger a little longer over conversation or a peaceful moment by the window.

Comfort & access

Air conditioning helps maintain a pleasant indoor climate year-round. The home is a single level with no stairs, and the building includes an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide, making arrivals and departures smooth. Self check-in with a keypad allows you to arrive on your own schedule and settle in with ease. A TV provides an easy way to unwind after a day in the city.



Neighborhood

Located in one of Guadalajara’s most sought-after areas, you’re within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, bars, and cultural attractions - especially in the vibrant Colonia Americana neighborhood. With convenient access to public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi, exploring the rest of Guadalajara is simple and seamless.



1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.





We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

A unique and attractive warm weather district awaits you within a city with a wide range of architecture. Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco, is characterized for being a dynamic and diverse city that offers a wide range of cultural and economic experiences.



The location of the lodging brings you close to the points with the most social interaction, such as: Paseo Chapultepec, glorieta Minerva and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 2* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $10* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.



-Guests are not allowed.



-Pets are not allowed.



-Linen changes are not provided during the stay.



-Provided amenities are for a single-night stay.



-Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables.



-The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.



-We are an environmentally conscious company and appreciate your support in using electricity responsibly.



-Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.
