1. Mandatory garbage disposal: All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located on the service stairs. It is strictly forbidden to leave trash bags in the hallways.



2. Garbage disposal requirements: Waste must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double. Do not throw large objects or glass bottles into the trash chute. These must be deposited directly in the container located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damages: Anyone who causes damage to the garbage chute will be liable for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate. Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
