By evening, the city glows softly in the distance while you relax in a calm, air-conditioned space above the streets. Just moments from Colonia Americana, you’re close to cafés, galleries, and nightlife, yet comfortably removed when it’s time to unwind.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom provides clothing storage and bedroom essentials, creating a restful place to recharge. With two full bathrooms and hot water, mornings flow smoothly without waiting your turn, whether you’re heading out for work or exploring the city.



Living space

Set within an elevator building, this single level home has no stairs in the unit, offering ease from arrival to departure. A private entrance and self check-in with keypad let you come and go on your own schedule. Inside, you can unwind with the TV, stay productive at the dedicated workspace with Wifi, or simply take in the city skyline view. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals whenever you choose, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed evening in. With a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy time together between outings to nearby restaurants.



Comfort & essentials

Thoughtful details are in place to help you settle in with ease, including bathroom essentials and bedroom essentials. Clothing storage, hangers, and an iron make the space practical for both short visits and longer stays.



Neighborhood

Located near Colonia Americana, one of Guadalajara’s most vibrant areas, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural attractions within easy reach. Public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi are readily available, and main avenues connect you to other key parts of the city. Please note there is no parking inside the building, though nearby options are available. Attentive support is available throughout your stay to help ensure a smooth and comfortable visit.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that Guadalajara, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums generating noise during the day.
