Less crowded than Pismo beach

Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking. Beds and central heater were comfortable. House layout was great. Kids loved the 2 beds in the same room and that parent's room was right next to theirs. Kitchen is large with a lot of counter space on the island.

Comfortable and close to beach

It's a clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment with large kitchen/dining/living area. Well appointed with just about everything we needed. It's about 5 minutes walk to Pismo Beach so it's very convenient. Note, this is not a party house - the owner does not allow noise, smoking etc, so look elsewhere if that's what you want. The owner is easy to communicate with.
