charcoal), a covered front porch for morning coffee, and beautiful nature

Two queen bedrooms

This home sleeps 4 guests in beds, with a maximum occupancy of 6. It is up to

the renter to determine sleeping arrangements for guests 5 and 6.



Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and more

Roku TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and a treadmill

Washer and dryer in unit

Comfortable climate control with a wall-mounted AC unit in the living room and

a portable air conditioner in each bedroom, plus forced-air heating throughout



Guests have access to all Pine Mountain Lake amenities, including a private

lake with beaches and boating, an 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball

courts, hiking trails, horseback riding, and more.



Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security and exclusive access to resort-style amenities.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
