Summary:
Sit back and relax - you can expect a truly extraordinary and very individual gallery apartment, where literally no expense or effort has been spared.

The Space:
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired—with a view of the horses in the courtyard; 7 m high living and dining room with an exclusive dining table under a dreamlike ceiling lamp consisting of over 99 small and large glass balls, 4 armchairs, and a (fold-out) designer sofa (1.6 x 2 m) in front of the gas fireplace. Small bathroom with walk-in shower and exclusive tiles, toilet.

On the gallery level, there is a huge master bedroom with a 2x2 m double bed, a massage chair, and an elegant couch that can be folded out into a 1.6 x 2 m bed, as well as a small bedroom with another 1.6 x 2.0 m double bed and a smaller 1.6 x 1.9 m double bed. Daylight bathroom with spacious shower and a whirlpool tub for 2 people.

In addition, a barrel sauna is available for use in the courtyard. Enjoy relaxing hours in the wood-fired sauna located in the courtyard. Whether after a hike through Saxon Switzerland or an eventful day in Dresden, our barrel sauna offers the perfect relaxation.

The POOL listed in the description IS ONLY A NATURAL POND WITH REED BELT, whose water quality is often inadequate in midsummer.

Guest Access:
In principle, the entire grounds, including the two ponds and the riding facilities, are available for use. However, the stables themselves may only be entered after consulting with the horse owners, and the horses may not be petted or fed under any circumstances.
Riding lessons or cross-country rides can be booked; please contact the riding center directly.

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the Hexenburg four-sided farmyard (fee €5 each).

Getting Around:
Saxon Switzerland with the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve, and of course Dresden, Pirna, Bautzen, and Prague, less than two hours away by car, offer countless opportunities for excursions and sightseeing.
