This exclusive, spacious loft apartment welcomes you as an oasis of uncompromising comfort for up to 10 people. The focal point for socialising is the spectacular living area with ceilings up to 7 metres high: whilst the flickering flames of the gas fireplace create a cosy atmosphere, the long solid oak table offers plenty of space for leisurely dinners or lively games evenings.



The holiday flat is nestled within the historic setting of Hexenburg, not far from Dresden, surrounded by idyllic countryside, and is the ideal starting point for your explorations. After eventful tours through Saxon Switzerland or Dresden’s baroque old town, everyone will find their own personal retreat here: Whether it’s a soak in the whirlpool bath, relaxing moments in the massage chair, or a shared sauna session in the barrel sauna in the courtyard.

The Space:

An exclusive living concept offering 105 m² of living space across two floors, perfectly laid out to accommodate up to 10 people.

• High-quality chalet-style oak floorboards throughout the living area with cosy underfloor heating

• Fully equipped kitchen (including induction hob, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher and extra-large fridge with freezer compartment) as well as an integrated breakfast area

• Spacious master bedroom in the attic with a king-size double bed (200x200 cm), massage chair and a separate sofa bed (160x200 cm)

• Second, cosy bedroom in the attic with two double beds (160x200 cm and 140x200 cm) – ideal for children

• Pleasant air conditioning on the upper floor via a modern cooling ceiling

• Large, naturally lit main bathroom in the attic with a whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, solid wood washbasin and toilet

Guest Access:

Check-in is simple and contactless via a key safe, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Once you have checked in online and uploaded a copy of your ID, you will receive all the essential information you need for your arrival.

NOTES ON THE PROPERTY:

Hexenburg is a historic four-sided farmstead that is currently undergoing careful restoration. Some outdoor areas are still under construction.

The swimming pond is a natural body of water and not a conventional swimming pool. Water quality may vary depending on the weather, particularly during the summer months.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available every day from 8 am to 8 pm. There is almost always someone on site at Hexenburg should you need any help. Riding lessons can also be arranged at short notice directly with our riding instructor.
