We loved this property because it was small, never had a problem getting lounger on the beach. Sand and water so beautiful. Tamara was often our server at breakfast and at the beach bar. Very nice young girl , very efficient and friendly. Mem the bar tender at the main bldg was also very nice and friendly. Two of the breakfast omelette makers were also so nice but I didn’t get their names.Actually all staff were very friendly but those stood out to us. The property is worth over 1.5 million dollars US and we would suggest they buy new furniture for the living room to make this 5 star.Extremely, extremely uncomfortable. We brought in the cushions from the deck but resorted to putting the cushions from the inside chairs on the couch. Even then so uncomfortable to sit and TV. Would not recommend the butler service. We had them make a reservation at the Cliff but when we got there they didn’t have our reservation. Luckily they were not busy so we were able get a nice table. Dishwasher leaked and called butler number, left a message but they never came. Called back to front desk and they sent housekeeping to look at it. We felt the butlers were more of an annoyance than helpful. If we wanted a reservation in the complex they would phone the restaurant and then they would get back to us when we could simply have made the one call. Suggest the owners leave instructions for the operating the stove. Taxis are very expensive. All in all, loved St Lucia and the resort.

The villas were very clean and comfortable. The spa was amazing and Keisha has magic hands. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The drinks at the Turquoise Bar were phenomenal and the food at Suru was outstanding. The only downside is location to shopping and other restaurants. It requires a cab ride of at least $40. Although the cost varied each time. The front desk was very prompt with getting a taxi lined up when needed.

Be VERY careful and triple check your credit cards after your stay. On our last day, they tried to charge us for an excursion we didn’t do. They corrected it, but then randomly charged my husband’s creditcard for over $1800. They said they will refund, but have yet to confirm.

We loved staying at The Landings. It was much more luxurious than we’re used to. In fact, it was probably the fanciest room we’ve ever stayed in. The beach is beautiful, with amazing views. We took the free ferry to the other side and walked along the beach to Pigeon Island. The staff is incredibly friendly. I didn’t catch all their names, but Mem was great to chat with at the bar, and Nazz and Tasha went out of their way to help us book excursions (which wasn’t easy during pre-season). Thank you, ladies, we had a wonderful time!

The Landings Resort is aesthetically pleasing with the most beautiful beach views. The resort is very clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Honorable mention: the butler staff is superb. Definitely recommend and I will be back to visit again.

Great resort on the bay side of the island. Nice beach set up with plenty of toys and chairs and a beachside restaurant and bar. Several pools on the property as well. I stayed in the two-bedroom villa which was beautiful with tons of room. Only disappointment was that there were limited vegetarian options, had I been staying longer I definitely would have gotten groceries and made use of the fully stocked kitchen.
