The Sandals Grand St Lucia is an extremely beautiful "5-Star" Caribbean resort!! The "Butler Service" was outstanding, and well as, the professionalism of the entire staff...they were very welcoming, very responsive, exemplified "attention to detail", and superior customer service at every level!! Moreover, the meals, ambiance, and restaurant staff were exceptional...we are already planning our return visit to this "Caribbean paradise" for this year...see ya soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandals Grande St. Lucia! It is a beautiful property on a gorgeous stretch of beach. The staff, the restaurants, the scuba diving, the wakeboarding and accomodations were all top notch.

The only issue was the food was sub par in all but 2 restaurants. Soy had amazing staff and Sushi, the Italian restaurant was fantastic. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff all over the resort. The bartenders were lackluster compared to Beaches Turks and Caicos. The rest of the staff omg the greatest. They made us feel at home and part of their family.

Staff was great, property was fantastic. Needs to be updated on Expedia which rooms get food service and which rooms do not. We booked with the description saying we had room service and come to find out while we were staying there that we do not. Everyone was extremely welcoming. Bartenders Jay and Devin were fantastic. The spa staff are always greeting you when walking by. We had a great experience.

Overall staff interactions were poor, for such a prestigious brand did not feel the level of service received was that which we had experienced before at other brands. Gym facilities did not live up to expectations at all with air conditioning one of the worst ever.

We really enjoyed our visit to Sandals Grande Saint Lucian. The staff is amazing. Specially, I’d like to recognize Gania, Cijay, and Sandy at Gordon’s on the Pier. You are all amazing! The food and amenities were excellent.

Staff was amazing !! Clean rooms but very basic if you don’t upgrade. There was no upgrade left by the time we booked, and I was a little disappointed . I went with my lady to celebrate my 37th birthday and it was nothing short of phenomenal! Absolutely loved the scenery, food, people, the London pub at night and the excursion we did to the active volcano with Queen B. She did an amazing job hosting and taking the group for the excursion filled with many activities. Will definitely revisit. Thank you for making my birthday special!
