To no fault of the property, the neighbors were very loud moving and dragging furniture all night for 2 straight nights. My swim out pool was cloudy and there was mildew between the tiles in there. There were no pool towels in my swim out room!! Plus we were already at our car heading to the beach when someone asked us to bring the pool towels back to replace them with excursion towels. UNBELIEVABLE!!! What's with the towels????

Good Vacation Spot

The front desk staff were awesome. We had a special situation that arose and they handled it very professionally. The outcome was favorable. The amenities were somewhat mediocre for a Hilton Hotel and It was a bit pricy for the room selection we had. The location was good. easy to get to shops and restaurants. St. Lucia is very expensive as a hold.

Clean, central location. Staff were really nice and helpful. We had an issue with the temperature of our shower and they fixed it right away! Cheaper to do the breakfast and the Cafe! Saltfish brealfast there was amazing.
