It is an amazing place to go on your own there is lots to do if you want to be busy and active and or if you want to be on your own and just enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to meet new people there are many ways and option of Communal tables during breakfast lunch and dinner. Overall the place is beautiful and the programs are excellent. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Body Holiday! The staff were amazing and always very friendly. Our stay felt like a week in paradise. The perfect mix of active and peaceful. There were so many amenities available and the daily included spa treatments were INCREDIBLE. The staff went above and beyond for every guest, and perks like water sports and concierge service really made me feel so special. I cannot recommend this resort more - as a solo traveler it was the PERFECT reset. Clean, comfy rooms, plenty of pool or beach lounge options, the nightly entertainment was so lovely & the food! The food was absolutely incredible and so fresh, it gave me faith that all-inclusives can actually get it RIGHT. I’ll never go back to another resort, this was one of the best vacation experiences ever.

Amazing place! Why would you ever go to another resort. We are not resort people because sitting on the beach is not our thing. This was our second time to Body Holiday because the food, service, activities and amenities are all excellent and not to even mention the daily included spa services. It was worth every penny.
