Upstairs are two beautifully spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and their own balconies. The master balcony overlooks the waterfront. The villa is fully air-conditioned. A shared waterfront pool and lush tropical gardens are to be enjoyed. Gated private parking and 24-hour security on site.
The space
This stunning 2-bedroom waterfront townhouse is located in the heart of Rodney Bay. Perfect for those looking to have a quiet, tropical retreat close to all amenities and sites.

On the main floor of the villa is the living space where the kitchen and living areas lead out to a covered outdoor patio facing the picturesque waterfront. There is also a powder room and laundry room for guests’ convenience on the lower level.

Upstairs are two beautifully spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and their own balconies. The master suite overlooks the waterfront and has gorgeous sunsets while the second room has beautiful mountain views that get early morning sun and can be set up with two twin beds or a king-size bed.
