Camera locations: (1) at the front of the garage; (2) at the corner of each side of the house, covering walkways and anyone approaching the home; (3) covering the front door; and (4) covering the pool area.
Cameras record video only (no audio) and monitor outdoor common areas only. There are NO cameras in any indoor space, and NO cameras in any area where greater privacy is reasonably expected (bathrooms, bedrooms, showers, changing areas, etc.), in compliance with policies.
Cameras are active 24/7 and footage is retained solely for security purposes and the protection of guests and property. By booking and/or staying at this property, all guests acknowledge, consent to, and agree to this disclosure as required, Surveillance Devices Policy and applicable local, state, and federal laws. Tampering with, disabling, obstructing, or covering any security camera is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges, removal from the property, and/or reporting.
POOL HEATING FEE: The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $150.00 per day to cover the gas and electric required to run it. Pool heating must be requested in advance so it can be arranged before arrival. The equipment should not be attempted to be adjusted, which could cause harm and also damage to the equipment.
