Parking area after 10 pm was unsafe. Many people loitering and drinking alcohol near the entrance every night, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I checked out of the hotel at 3am to go to the airport. There were several individuals, speaking English and spanish in the parking lot. I was solo, and can take care of myself. However I did feel uneasy avout it. If my wife and daughter were with me, I would not have liked the situations even more. As of now, I would not allow my wife and daughter to stay there by themselves at your hotel.
Also, many guests smoking outside their rooms on the balcony. This I found troublesome having to breath in the second-hand smoke as I walked to and from my room. It also meant that the smoke probably got into the rooms. I think it should be mandatory to smoke downstairs outside in the parking lot away from the building or on the grounds near the green water pool
