Parking area after 10 pm was unsafe. Many people loitering and drinking alcohol near the entrance every night, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I checked out of the hotel at 3am to go to the airport. There were several individuals, speaking English and spanish in the parking lot. I was solo, and can take care of myself. However I did feel uneasy avout it. If my wife and daughter were with me, I would not have liked the situations even more. As of now, I would not allow my wife and daughter to stay there by themselves at your hotel. Also, many guests smoking outside their rooms on the balcony. This I found troublesome having to breath in the second-hand smoke as I walked to and from my room. It also meant that the smoke probably got into the rooms. I think it should be mandatory to smoke downstairs outside in the parking lot away from the building or on the grounds near the green water pool

Had a reservation. No one was at front desk for a good 10 minutes. Check in at 3. I arrived 3:15 rushing to get to a wedding 20 minutes away. They were unable to accommodate my reservation as no rooms were ready I assume because of understaffing. I had to change for the wedding in a bathroom and hope I made it in time. Only redemption was that they allowed me late check out the following morning-which is surely only bc they didn’t have enough staff to even get my room clean til after 3pm Room was clean and all that, no complaints on cleanlines- they only had ALL DAY AFTER CHECK IN TIME to clean it so that makes sense. But outrageous about being unable to check in AT ALL the day prior. Wasn’t able to officially check in until I arrived back at the hotel after the wedding at 1am

I had no doorknob to bathroom door that didn’t close, tiny soap, had to ask for towels! No handicap rails on steps out front or in lobby! Someone smoking marijuana next door that smelled the whole hallway!! & ice machine out of order! The whole place was a “dump”! Going to turn in to handicap business hotels!!!

First room we checked into, a flea jumped on me when I sat on the bed. Requested a new room, the gal at the front was extremely friendly and gave us another room. The "new" room was exactly the same, but apparently newer... at least no bugs in that one. Not the highest caliber of people staying there. It was borderline frightening.

Dirty perimeter, the room wasn't clean, very noisy and people hanging out in the parking lot causing commotion. Extremely loud guests next door with hardly any insulation. We were put upstairs which has poor ventilation. All the AC exhausts are bouncing off the cement wall across the hall and the AC is sucking that right back into the room. Went home sick from the stay. Do not recommend.

Comfortable bed for one night. But wasn't very clean overall & seemed to have plenty of riff raff hanging around there. I knew going in that I’d probably not love it, but tight budget made me choose it anyway.
